UL Eagles finished out 2010 with a thorough 92 to 63 win over UCD Marian at the UL Arena, Saturday night 18th Dec 2010. UL Eagles led in each quarter and by half time had opened up an 11 point lead over UCD. The Limerick lads continued to shoot very well in the 2nd half with Scott Kinevane and Cameron Mitchell leading the scoring stakes.
Kinevane hit a high of 7 three pointers in the game. The Eagles also played very strong defence with Neil Campbell, Matt Hall and Rob Lynch and good rebounding from Stephen King and Ciaran White. As the 4th quarter progressed UL got the opportunity to run their bench and get good game contributions from Bobby Reidy, Andy Dawson and Aidan Holden. Overall a very good finish to 2010 for the UL Eagles.
