INNOVATIVE thieves in Garryowen removed tiles from the roof of a shop to gain entry, in what gardaรญ are calling “a very well planned”ย operation.
The incident occurred between Thursday August 5 at 10.15pm and Friday morning August 6 at 7.20am at a shop on the Garryowen road.
Gardaรญ believe a lookout was in place while the theft was in progress.

The contents of a till and some lottery cards were stolen.
ย An appeal is being issued for any information on the theft.
Henry Street gardaรญ are investigating.
