Star-studded bon voyage for upcoming soprano

YOUNG Limerick soprano, Sarah Dolan gives a final performance this Saturday, August 7, before taking her place in the San Francisco Conservatory of Music next month. Featuring arias from well-known operas as well as jazz and blues favourites, Sarah will be accompanied by the fine musical talents of Ksenia Baidalinova, Peter Hannagan, Jim Hanly and Danny Byrt. Very special guests on the night will be  Limerick Baritone Nyle Wolfe, Dublin songwriters Declan O’Rourke and Damien Dempsey as well as Limerick musician Brendan Markham and MC for the night will be Myles Breen.

Sarah has just returned from a European tour as part of the Classical Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival where she was the solo soprano of Vivaldi’s “Gloria”. Sara was special guest to Ronan Tynan at his UCH show and performed in The Georgian House on Pery Square in the star-studded “Tribute to Catherine Hayes” event. The star studded show kicks off at 8pm in Dolans Warehouse.
