Massive traffic delays at Pro Am

THE Limerick Post Sports Editor Donn O’Sullivan reports that anyone planning to attend the JP McManus Pro at Adare Manor must be prepared for massive tailbacks up to 10 miles long, as a result of the huge popularity of the event.

The event is on again tomorrow from 8am to 7:30pm and  expect delays around Adare between 9am and 9pm. The main entrance on the N21 will be very heavy.

Traveller from the south attending  the event should follow the relevant signage off the N20 at Croom.

Those traveling to West Limerick/North Kerry from the City should avoid the N21 and  take the N69 if possible.

Motorists coming from Kerry on  N21 not attending the event should divert at Rathkeale, via Askeaton and then onto N69.

Make to sure to leave plenty of time in advance of travelling, and, if attending remember to bring your hat to avoid disappointment.
