Michael Noonan handed finance portfolio

Michael Noonan , former Fine Gael leader is back in frontline politics , as Enda Kenny handed him the finance portfolio as he named his new front bench today.

James Reilly is named as deputy leader and keeps the health and children portfolio.

Richard Bruton, former Finance spokesperson is now spokesman for enterprise, jobs and economic planning.
