It’s a strongly held belief of SlowFood that it’s impossible to go forward without first looking backwards and there’s great enjoyment to be had in the process.
Slow Food Limerick & Region is pleased to announce our next formal get together, a five-course heritage menu, hosted by Freddies Bistro, Theatre Lane on Tuesday May 26 next.
The theme for the evening is heritage food and as such we will be treated to recipes inspired by traditional methods but using the best of contemporary, artisan products.
The cost for the evening, which will start at 7:30, is 70 euro for non-members, 65 euro for Slow Food members. Wine is included in the menu price. Early booking is advised, as these events tend to book out early.
SlowFood Limerick & Region is a voluntary organisation dedicated to the ethos of clean, fair and good food. For further information on the work of Slow Food, check out the website www.slowfoodireland.com and contact Freddies Bistro for event bookings on 061 418749
