McGahan’s team to face Glasgow

UPDATE: Munster coach Tony Mc Gahan named his 22 ahead of tonight’s Magners League clash with the Glasgow Warriors. The 22 includes Grand Slam winners Peter Stringer, Mick O Driscoll and Tomas O Leary. Jerry Flannery has been rested after having been named in the original 26. 

The team sees Denis Hurley at full back with Paul Warwick once more at 10.

Stringer starts behind a pack that includes Tony Buckley and Alan Quinlan who have impressed in this season’s league. The game against Glasgow kicks off at 7.45 tomorrow night in Firhill and is live on Setatana Sports.

Replacements: Michael Essex, Darragh Hurley, Billy Holland, Tommy O’Donnell, Tomas O’Leary, Jeremy Manning, Kieran Lewis.

FRESH from their Grand Slam success of last weekend, Irish and Munster stars, Mick O’Driscoll, Jerry Flannery and Peter Stringer are named in Munster’s 26 strong squad for the Magners League game with Glasgow Warriors in Firhill on this Friday (7.45).

The 26 man squad named by McGahan includes Ian Dowling who is returning from injury.
