FOLLOWING several successful events already under the belt of the convivium, Slow Food Limerick and Region, with the help and valued assistance of Padraig Frawley, hosted another excellent evening at the Cornstone Restaurant last week.
Savouring the delights of a seafood buffet and Champagne to begin, guests were then treated to a melody of exquisite food throughout several courses carefully and skillfully prepared by the chefs at the Limerick city restaurant.
