Lead the Munster rugby team through city streets

CALLING young boys and girls…do you want to be treated like royalty at the St Patrick’s Day parade in leading the Red Army through the streets of the city.

Well, the Limerick Co-Ordination office is looking for a young boy or girl to be the 2009 Junior Marshal and lead

the Munster rugby section of the St Patrick’s Day Parade on Tuesday, March 17.

The  winner will:

*Be driven along the parade route with a parent/guardian in a swanky 1970 Munster red MGB roadster just like secret agent James Bond!

*Have the honour of being a VIP and the first Limerick Junior Marshal

*Meet Murty the Munster mascot

*Lead the hundreds strong Red Army of parents and junior Munster fans who will wave flags and celebrate Limerick’s new Thomond Park Stadium and Munster Rugby as current Heineken Cup champions and Europe’s best supported team.

There will also be goody bags for all the daily winners!
